Nearly Identical Ballistics with Better Function
The new American Eagle 17 Hornet ammo has almost the same ballistics as Hornady and Winchester 17 Hornet ammo but it ejects better. Featuring a 17 caliber polymer tipped 20 grain bullet at 3610 fps, the American Eagle 17 Hornet shoots flat and accurate out to 400 yards. We tested it in our Model 97D Rifles and it shot well with perfectly normal (no sticking) ejection. And the ballistics are nearly identical to the sticky ejecting Hornady ammo:
