The best components yield the best accuracy. This ammunition fits and fires in the Model 97D Rifle as well as Custom Thompson Center Encore and Contender/G2 Accuracy Barrels.

6.5 BRM stands for 6.5 Bench Rest Magnum. It's a rimmed wildcat cartridge derived from an elongated and necked up 219 Donaldson Wasp (219 DW was the original Bench Rest cartridge). Originally intended to give big game performance to small frame rifles, it shoots 140 gr. bullets at around 2400 fps. Just a little shy of 6.5 Swedish Mauser performance. We have loaded ammo, reloading dies, and custom formed brass available here at EABCO (parent brass is 30-30 Win).
