EABCO Rewards Program FAQs

How do I join?
Create a customer account and you're automatically enrolled. You can also join via the “Check Rewards” widget at the bottom of your screen.

How do I earn Accuracy Points?
You must be logged into your account to earn points. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent online or in-store.  You’ll receive an email with your updated balance once your orders has shipped. You can also earn points by completing your profile, following us on social media, and more - check the “Earn” tab in your loyalty profile. Points are awarded on full dollars spent.

How do I check my points and redeem rewards?
Click “Check Rewards” on our website anytime.  After each purchase, you’ll receive an email with your updated balance and a link to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

How do I use my rewards?
Once you’ve unlocked a reward, redeem it for a unique coupon code.  Enter the code at checkout in the Discount bar and click “Apply.”  Only one coupon code can be used per order. Reward points are promotional, possess no cash value, non-tranferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Do Accuracy Points expire?
Yes.  Points expire after 12 months. 

Terms & Conditions

• EABCO may modify or cancel coupons and reward program at any time.
• Coupons are single-use only.
• Points cannot be earned and redeemed in the same transaction.
• If your coupon value exceeds your order total, the remaining balance is not reusable.
• If you return items purchased with a coupon, the coupon value may be deducted from your refund.
• Discount codes may not be applied to sale items or price-matched purchases. These may not earn points.
• Exclusions may apply.
• Rewards profiles cannot be merged.
• Points expire after 12 months.
• Discount codes are not valid during major or flash sale events.
• Points and codes may not be earned or redeemable on sale items or during sale events.
• Business accounts, dealers and tax-exempt customers are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.
• Participating in the rewards program grants EABCO permission to send communication including promotional materials as well as rewards status, account and order information.  Participant may opt-out of promotional materials, but may continue to receive non-promotional communication. 
• Customers are responsible for any applicable state, local or federal tax, sales or use tax resulting from participating in rewards program. 
• Orders placed through other channels do not qualify for reward points.
