Ruger 10/22 Hammer and Sear Pkg

I was looking to update my old 30 year old Ruger 10/22 and purchasing this Hammer and Sear package was a good decision. It wasn't a difficult install after watching a few YouTube video's. I am really happy with the quality of parts and most importantly the overall performance of my trigger assembly. The the trigger take up /slack was greatly reduced and the trigger pull is lighter, solid and crisp with no side movement. If your like me having fun poking holes in targets and plinking you will find this Hammer and Sear package a real value and a huge performance gain in your trigger assembly.

If your on the fence thinking about ordering eabco's hammer & sear package just do it. My old 30 + year Ruger 10/22 needed some modern updating and the eabco hammer & sear package was just the ticket. The "pros" are no more side to side trigger movement, very little take up, a sold smooth trigger pull through release. Installation was about 25 minutes including a YouTube trigger disassembly & re-assembly video and inspecting the parts to see how they work together. For first timers I suggest you use the included short slave pin to push out the trigger housing pin, that way you can remove the trigger and sear assembly together so you can see it fully assembled prior to you taking it apart. Another huge reason for my purchase is eabco's customer service, I had some questions and they were very timely to respond.

Instruction sheet was very hard to read, ink had rubbed off paper during shipping or other movement of the package. Written procedure not as clear as I wished, thank goodness for U-Tube.

Couldn’t be happier. Trigger now breaks like glass at 2 1/2# and the installation was super easy. Mine required no modification for the safety to work. Bought a second kit as soon as I saw how great and easy it was.

If you want to immediately improve you trigger in both weight and smoothness, this kit is the way to go. I used to hone the hammer and sear myself but none of them ever came out as nice as this kit does.

This hammer and sear pkg. is a bit pricey, but the parts are made of quality materials. I've installed one of these before, so it was easy for me to install. I used the instructions, as well as a little help from YouTube, to refresh my memory. Once installed, there is a big difference on the trigger pull. Much better feel, lighter crisper release.

Nice but to pricey.

I put one of these kits in my 10/22 and after my brother tried it he wanted one too. The difference is like day and night. With the kit installed accuracy goes up because the trigger is just that much nicer. Definitely needed if you want true accuracy.

I dropped this kit into a new Ruger 10/22 takedown. It does exactly as advertised. I was debating getting a new BX trigger assembly but I like to tinker with stuff. I had so much more fun at the range and the difference in the trigger pull was certainly remarkable. If I want to do a quick fire sequence with a 25 round magazine this trigger kit makes it much faster and it doesn't wear down my trigger finger. This is sooo worth the money.
