Shipping Restrictions by State

Unfortunately, state & local laws may restrict items from being shipped to where you live.  Restrictions may change at any time.  This list is updated to the best of our knowledge and understanding.  Customer is ultimately responsible for shipping restrictions and their local laws.  EABCO reserves the right to cancel any orders based on shipping restriction laws.

Restrictions on 15 + Round Magazines:
These items cannot ship to the following:
CA, CO, CT, HI, MD, MA, NY, Washington D.C.
Cities in IL: Aurora, Chicago, Franklin Park, Oak Park, Riverdale

Restrictions on 25 + Round Magazines:
These items cannot ship to the following:
CA, CO, CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, Washington D.C.
Cities in IL: Aurora, Chicago, Franklin Park, Oak Park, Riverdale

Restrictions on Loaded Ammunition:
Customer must be 18+ to purchase ammunition. 
Ammunition must ship GROUND.
Ammunition cannot ship to the following:
           HI, AK, MA: statewide
           CA: Restricted:Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco, All other counties require ammo be sent to FFL
           MD: Montgomery county
           NY: Ammo must ship to FFL dealer (we must have FFL on file)
           Washington DC
           APO/FPO Addresses
           US addresses with zip codes beginning with 606, 607, 608, 100, 101, 102
           CT, IL, and MA residents must present valid FOID card and driver's license to purchase


Restrictions on Gun Cleaners & Solvents(ORM-D):
All cleaners with ORM-D must ship ground, UPS or Speedee, or US Parcel Post. 
Cannot ship to AK, HI.

Other Connecticut Restrictions:
No THREADED Volquartsen Uppers

No THREADED SemiAutomatic Barrels

Other Massachusetts Restrictions:
No Volquartsen Uppers unless 6" or longer
No stripped AR Lower
No Ammunition

Other California Restrictions:
No striped AR Lower or Complete Rifle
No 45/410 Pistol Barrels
No Folding Stocks
No THREADED Volquartsen Uppers or Pistols (Except for the 10/22 Receiver)
No TacSol X-Rings or Pac-Lites (Trail-Lites must have permanently affixed end caps or brakes)
No Tactical Innovations Rear-Charging Receivers
When Shipping a complete rifle or pistol, a CFLC form must be done and attached to box

Other New York Restrictions:

NO threaded semi-auto barrels

NO folding stocks

NO magazine clips over 10 rounds
Ammo must ship to FFL Dealer
NO M1 Carbine or Tommy Gun Accessories
NO Tactical Solutions products: Pac-Lite, X-Ring, Vantage Stocks
NO products requiring an FFL except:
            Encore pistol frame only, Encore rifle frame, or Encore complete rifle, Volquartsen 10/22 Receiver and NON-threaded upper or pistol (cannot have threads)

Other Washington DC Restrictions:
No Volquartsen Uppers

No Pac-Lite Uppers

No Ammo

Other New Jersey Restrictions:
Air Rifles and Muzzle Loader Rifles must ship to licensed FFL holder.

Other Oregon Restrictions:
No striped AR Lowers or Rifles
No TC frame only orders-have to ship with barrel

Other Washington Restrictions:
No striped AR Lower or Complete Rifle
NO threaded semi-auto barrels
