EABCO Accuracy Barrel fits Savage 10/110 and Axis, 17 Rem Fireball, 1:9, Blue

Finally got the barrel installed, but had to wait for a go-gauge. I have had good results with new barrels when I do the Kroil and Bore paste routine before I even put the first round through it. With the cost of ammo a consideration, I limit the "factory" break-in to a dozen or so rounds while zeroing the optics. I'll shoot 3 rounds for a group, adjust the scope and clean the barrel. After repeating it four or so times I have it zeroed and am getting sub-MOA groups at a hundred yards. It will only get better as I use it, as in my past experiences, so I'm ready to dispatch a few woodchucks1! The only downside is I wish EABCO had go-no-go gauges available on their website. It would have made the process a little easier.

Impressed with finish on out side of barrel, very nice. I may decide to recrown the barrel as its not like the crowns that I put on my barrels but for now its OK.

This barrel is much better than I fully expected. Easy to install and set up on my receiver and it is shooting excellent groups and is very accurate. It is well finished and a great buy. The Savage wrench that came with it is a good one, much better than the savage wrench I had previously bought from another source.

I have purchased several Savage barrel kits from EABCO and have been very pleased with all of them. Excellent barrel for the price.

I received the barrel and it installed with ease. Followed break in in procedure and it has one of the tightest groups that I've used in the past. Good product.

I have purchased this barrel in .223 and another in 6.5 Creedmoor, both group a 5 shot group under a dime at 100 yards off sand bags. If you shoot from a sled it is conceivable you will have one ragged bug hole with reloads. Very impressive accuracy for the value and I can not see a reason to buy barrels any where else. Plan on doing a 7mm-08 this spring when the barrels come in.

Fulfillment & delivery excellent . finally got the components together and it shot as to be expected for a quality barrel.

I have 3 of these barrels now. They are fairly accurate for the price. My only complaint is that they are very hard to clean the first 100 or so rounds.

Very good product, the kit is a great idea. I would like to suggest that EABCO add a new barrel nut to every kit they only cost about $10.00 and I would gladly pay the extra for the convenience. In my opinion the nut should be replaced with every new barrel. The barrel I bought 6.5X284Norma shoots extremely well getting 5 shot groups at 100 yards with all 5 holes touching when shooting my reloads. At 300 yards I am getting 2 inch groups. Thanks EABCO for a great product.
