Savage Accuracy Barrel® 204 Ruger

  • Fits Savage 10/110 Series Rifles
  • Fits Savage Axis Short and Long Action Rifles
  • 204 Ruger uses a 223 Remington Bolt Face
  • 26" length, weight approx 3lbs
  • Varmint weight tapered to just under .800" diameter at muzzle
  • Bore dimensions reamed consistent to airgauge within .0002 (2/10,000ths) of proper bore dimension.
  • We use the best Chromoly steel alloys.
  • Two-Pass button rifled
  • One-at-a-time barrel making process for superb accuracy
Threaded to fit the Savage Short Action 10, 11, 12, 14, 16 and Long Action 110, 111, 112, 114, 116 series bolt action center fire rifles including the Stevens 200 of identical pattern and Savage Axis Edge. Our barrels do NOT fit rifles with barrels stamped, "110L" nor WSM and Target actions.

Chromoly steel, blue finish. Be sure to order a chamber that matches your existing bolt face. Or, order our Bolt Face Conversion Service and you'll be able to convert to ANY of our chambers. There are Two Ways to Order Barrels:

One-at-a-Time Barrel Making- True, center-to-center barrel turning at a rate that minimizes stress while keeping the bore in the middle. True, center-to-center chamber reaming insures centering and linear alignment of the chamber with the bore. True, center-to-center 11° target crown, applied after finishing, insures that bullets exit the barrel with perfectly even gas pressure. (The bright metal crown is a Trademark of E.     This looks to be a good quality barrel it looks smooth inside and has a nice fit and finish have not had a chance to shoot it yet.

    I installed a .204 barrel on a 110 Savage and recently worked up a handload. At 200 yards I shot a 5 shot 3/4 inch group my buddies were astonished. Be aware that a factory load shot just under 2 inches at the same 200 yard distance. My handloads were 39 grain bullets and the factory loads were 40 grain.     I received the barrel and it installed with ease. Followed break in in procedure and it has one of the tightest groups that I've used in the past. Good product.

    I installed the barrel without a hitch. The fit and finish are excellent. I won't have an opportunity to test fire until July. More to post later.

    Very good product, the kit is a great idea. I would like to suggest that EABCO add a new barrel nut to every kit they only cost about $10.00 and I would gladly pay the extra for the convenience. In my opinion the nut should be replaced with every new barrel. The barrel I bought 6.5X284Norma shoots extremely well getting 5 shot groups at 100 yards with all 5 holes touching when shooting my reloads. At 300 yards I am getting 2 inch groups. Thanks EABCO for a great product.

    This is my second barrel from you all and just like the first this is a great shooter. I did the break-in as you suggested and this barrel is shooting .30 in groups with first my first reloads. Keep up the good work and great prices.
