Accuracy Tuned and CNC Machined to Minimum Tolerances

Hybrid Match 10/22 Bolt combines the precision of CNC machining with accuracy enhancing parts and tune-up techniques. Drop-in fit... Just replace your bolt with this one.

CNC Precision Machined Features
  - Pinned Firing Pin Positioner: Stabilizes the firing pin for consistent hit position shot after shot. Consistency means accuracy. Factory bolts are peened with a hammer and punch.
  - Precision Machined Headspace: The breech face is machined to give exactly .044" headspace. This is the optimum headspace for close but proper fitting of ammo and best accuracy. (Factory bolts are sintered metal moldings that have much looser headspace tolerances).
  - CNC Tuned Firing Pin Protrusion: The firing pin protrudes exactly .040". This assures consistent ignition and minimizes rim distortion... Both conditions that enhance accuracy.
 
Accuracy Enhancement Parts
  - Titanium Firing Pin Fitted and Tuned: A lighter firing pin moves quicker and produces a faster "lock time" which gives better accuracy. Titanium is lighter than factory firing pins. This one is installed and tuned for consistent and reliable performance.
  - Titanium Claw Extractor Fitted and Tuned: Light, fast extractor beats the factory part in reliability. This one is fitted for smooth and consistent rim engagement... That's optimum for accuracy. A higher spring tension assures you of reliable ejection.

    Ruger 1022 MATCH BOLT

    I have a ruger 1022 On a Hogue thumbhole rubber overmolded stock. I have a Green Mountain match 20" fluted sporter barrel. I have a hornet match trigger. And now I have this very highly polished and smooth match bolt with titanium firing pin and titanium extractor for extreme Reliability??BOY CAN THIS THING SHOOT!! 4-16X40 MIL DOT SCOPE- Pretty much one ragged hole at a 100 yds. Plus, the ruger BX25 mags feed reliable And very quickly without even a hiccup. It's my squirrel gun at this point my further squirrel was at 125yds. That bolt runs so smooth and makes it so reliable it brings this whole 1022 team together Like A Love Shack! I need Reliably with this Bolt I got it!

    Installed in a stock Ruger receiver for a precision build. Installed perfect and glides like butter! I build 10/22's and this will be my goto for sure!

    Quality Bolt, but Not Meant for All Receivers

    I ordered this bolt for a custom 10/22 build. I did have a fitment issue using the Brownell's 10/22 railed receiver (BRN-22). The directions included with the Hybrid bolt do mention it might not work will all receivers and is designed as a drop in replacement for Ruger receivers. The issue for me was one corner of the receivers internal rails which the bolt rides on was milled with a radius and not a 90 degree angle. This kept the bolt from dropping into place and being installed. It was an easy fix, I filed the radius to a 90 degree angle and the bolt dropped right into place.I have only run 100 rounds through the rifle, but the bolt works flawlessly. I did not experience any feed or extraction issues. I shot 50 rounds of Blazer & 50 rounds of Remington's Golden Bullet. I ran the cheap Blazer specifically to see if there would be any issues using the cheaper ammo and there was not. I would recommend this bolt as a stock upgrade or custom build, just make sure it will work with your receiver.

    Changed out bolt. Went smoothly. Had issues with ammo feeding properly into chamber. I think issues are resolved. Will let u know.
