Any items returned to dealers from consumers should be returned to TriggerTech for inspection, repair, or replacement. Open box or demo sales are not permitted. TriggerTech will inspect and return goods to the dealer in resalable packaged condition. In the case of a discontinued item, the product will be replaced with the next comparable model. All manufacturer defect claims should be directed to TriggerTech directly. TriggerTech will manage the concern directly with the consumer to remedy their issue or concern.
