Choate Tactical Riflestock for Remington 700 BDL
The Remington BDL Tactical stock has a full length bedding block (see cutaway above), adjustable butt spacer system to adjust the length of pull, a rail and sliding swivel on bottom of forend to attach a bipod, and sling swivels on both sides. This stock comes in versions to fit Remington 700 BDL rifles in long action, short action, and even left or right hand models. This stock is meant to work with your factory screws.
- BDL rifles have either a hinged floorplate or a detachable magazine. These stocks are inletted for detachable magazine or hinged floorplate. (We have kits to convert a hinged floorplate BDL rifle to accept detachable magazines).
Fits-All Barrel Channels - Since "free floating" of the barrel is preferred on all bolt actions, Choate has set this stock up to fit any barrel including the widest diameter bull barrels. Skinny barrels will have a wide gap between the barrel and the forend but they will shoot accurately from this stock.

Choate Remington 700 BDL Tactical Stock

Phenomenal!!! This stock is worth 4 X's the money. it is especially perfect if you have larger hands which I do. I am impressed with this product entirely. Anyone who buys this stock will be more than satisfied!!! You can easily camo or paint it if you would like I left mine alone, black.(Also, the bipod piece that comes with the stock automatically will tighten down if you use your bipod. I mention this because I thought I was missing a part.)Thanks, Dave AlloccoRochester, NY

    Very Satisfied

Product is great especially for the price. It might not be the best looking stock but for functionality and performance it competes with stocks that are over 3 times the cost of this one. The ergonomics are perfect for my application of shooting varmints from a bench.

The ChoateTactical Stock appears to be well made. The fit of the action and barrel were done very well, no extra fitting was required. The stock action screws fit perfect. The Anchutz rail under the forearm was a very nice feature. The straight grip on the stock might seem a little on the large side to some people, but to me , it fits my hand like a glove. The stock has extra features that do not cost extra. Nicely Done.

Exceptional fit except for the tang screw is no longer flush with the top of the tang. It's one thread short of flush. Can I stay with the stock screw. Or should I replace it.

    I like it

I got the left hand long action, and it fit my 7mm SPS pretty well. I had to file a bit for the bolt handle to fit perfect. I got the Magpul detachable magazine well (bottom metal) and got it to fit. I had to do a bit of work with the Dremmel to get it to fit right, but some of that was due to fact that I glass bedded the action at the same time. The Magpul mags work great, and are a much more economical choice than anything else out there.

I should have bought this stock months ago. It fit perfectly with the action and after market barrel. I shoot For so I really liked the weight and rigidity of this stock, it helps keep the cross hairs on target, especially when the wind is blowing
