Upgrading your Remington 700 for Accuracy, Bench Rest, and/or PRS competition begins with installing a better barrel. The EABCO Accuracy Barrel® fits your Remington 700 rifle action with no modifications (Stocks may need barrel channel widened). It's a match grade, direct replacement for your factory Remington barrel and adds precision and versatility with our Remage Barrel Nut system (included). Versatility because you can change barrels yourself. Precision because you can fine-tune the headspace yourself. All with no modification to your original Rem 700 action. The only "difficult" part to our system is removing your original factory barrel from your action. After that, installing and changing barrels is easy with our Remage barrel nut system. So, if you need help the first time, we offer reasonably priced installation services.

Our barrel making process focuses on all aspects of alignment: Alignment of the bore with the contour; of the bore with the crown, of the chamber with the bore; of the throat with the chamber; of the barrel with the action; and so on. The better everything is aligned, the closer each aspect can fit... All to create the most consistent flight of your bullets. Over the years, we have developed techniques and customized our machinery to address all aspects of alignment and the result is out trademark Accuracy Barrel®. Accuracy Barrels are Chromoly steel, blue finish. Be sure to order a chamber that matches your existing bolt face. For example, a 308 bolt fits 6.5 Creedmoor, 6mm Creedmoor, 7-08, 243 Win, etc. There are Two Ways to Order Barrels:

One-at-a-Time Barrel Making- True, center-to-center barrel turning at a rate that minimizes stress while keeping the bore in the middle. True, center-to-center chamber reaming insures centering and linear alignment of the chamber with the bore. True, center-to-center 11° target crown, applied after finishing, insures that bullets exit the barrel with perfectly even gas pressure. (The bright metal crown is a Trademark of E. Arthur Brown Company).
