Over the years, we have developed techniques and customized our machinery to address all aspects of alignment and the result is out trademark Accuracy Barrel®. I have had great success with previous barrel purchases and I am sure this one will be a great performer also. These barrels are a great value. A lot of performance for the price. Very satisfied with this purchase.

6.5 CRD Savage Barrel Accuracy by EABCO

Posted by Impressive on May 24th 2019

I swapped my .308 savage fcp barrel with the 6.5 creedmoor. The barrel was very easy to install. I've just about got it broken in. I did modify the break in process. I did the same shot sequence but I only used the boar paste in the first 3 shots then I used butches boar shine and a thicker gun oil for the remainder of the process. I fired 3 rounds through one bullet hole at 100 yards yesterday. If it keeps that up, then I will probably use these barrels for life.

Here are the images of a 4 shot group at 100 yards with your barrel following your break in procedures. Using 123 grain Hornady Amax hand loads. Impressive barrel making guys lol.

    Savage 6.5 Creedmore

Posted by Evan Holm on Aug 16th 2017

This barrel is excellent. I bought one in 6.5 Creedmore and put it on a savage axis reciever. I went out and tested it today, following break in procedure. It was shooting less than a quarter moa at 150 yards with Winchester ammo and a cheap Tasco scope that has been in the family for years, and the original plastic savage stock. I am very impressed with the quality of the barrel and it cannot be beat for the money. Would 100% recommend.

I received the barrel and it installed with ease. Followed break in in procedure and it has one of the tightest groups that I've used in the past. Good product.
